How are annual dues determined?

The Board of Directors establishes the amount and the time for payment of annual dues.

The association’s fiscal year runs from January 1 through December 31.

AKPhA follows the most recent Robert’s Rules of Order for all matters of procedure.

An Executive Director, appointed by and under contract to the Board of Directors, maintains the association’s office.

Yes. The Board of Directors has the power to amend or repeal bylaws by a majority vote, though members also have the right to modify these changes at regular or special meetings.
