To ensure fairness and consistency\, the following refund policy applies to all annual conference registrations: \nRefund Eligibility \nRefund requests must be submitted in writing to Ariel Clark\, no later than 14 days prior to the start of the conference. Requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund. All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. \nSubstitutions \nIf you are unable to attend\, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the conference. \nExceptions \nRefunds will not be granted for non-attendance\, travel delays\, or other personal circumstances that prevent participation after the 14-day deadline
