Taking place September 18-20, 2025, at the Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, Alaska, this conference brings together pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, student pharmacists, and industry leaders for an immersive experience in networking, leadership development, and the latest advancements in health-system pharmacy.

Refund Policy – 9^th Annual AKPhA Health Systems Pharmacy and Leadership Conference

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following refund policy applies to all annual conference registrations:

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Ariel Clark, no later than 14 days prior to the start of the conference. Requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund. All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the conference.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for non-attendance, travel delays, or other personal circumstances that prevent participation after the 14-day deadline
