Refund Policy
Cancellation & substitution information
Requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the conference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Registrations may be transferred to another individual at no cost. Submit substitution requests in writing before the event begins.
Refunds are not granted for non-attendance, travel delays, or personal circumstances after the 14-day deadline.
