The Alaska Pharmacists Association opposes the addition of regulation 12 AAC 52.240 regarding the changes to the pharmacists collaborative practice authority (CPA) in the Alaska Board of Pharmacy regulations. The opposition letter submitted is included below. We urge all members to submit their own letter or use ours as a template before the comment period ends on May 24, 2019.
